Operating in the Whitehorse area since 1990, Josef Graf brings both experience and good references from past house-sits. He is a non-smoker, maintains low-utility usage, and engages in personal care of property. For longer sits (around the 3 month mark, and not requiring special pet care), Josef offers to enhance your property with improvements, either in the garden or landscape, or through painting services (certified journeyman house-painter for over 18 seasons). A sliding scale of amount of work performed applies according to the length of the house-sit. (e.g., for a 3 month sit, the labor portion can entail the painting of a medium size bedroom.)
Care usually includes house-cleaning, garden, lawn and pet care (within normal bounds). Arrangements can be made in the case of special needs pet care. This house-sitter enjoys both gardening and animal companions.
Utility bills are kept to a minimum, as this sitter prefers a cooler room temperature.
Phone usage is arranged in a non-interference way. Generally, the sitter does not field messages, rather, the owner accesses messages through phoning in to the voice mail system.
